- Marinate the chops with the steak and bbq spices. Add oil to a pot with the onions, fry till soft, add the masalas, dhanya and jeera powder, chops, garlic and ginger and little water.
- Let the chops cook on med heat for 20mins.Add the tomatoes, salt, sugar, chillies and cook till tomatoes are done. Add the tomato paste and keep on low heat for 5mins. Garnish with dhanya and serve with rice, bread or roti. Serve 4.
