  6. Tomato khatta- Take a pan, add oil to it and let it heat. Add mustard seeds to it and let it crackle. Add curry leaves and green chillies and ginger. After few mins, add the tomatoes with a bit of salt and cover to cook. After the tomatoes become mushy, add the jaggery & cook for 5-8mins on low flame. Then turn off the flame and let it cool..

  8. Make a ball of the mixture and make a hole in it to add aloo bhaja and close the hole. Now dip the ball in corn flour slurry(1 part corn flour mixed with 4 parts water) then coat the ball with bread crumbs.Make sure you are doing double coats of layering. While you are doing this,heat oil for deep frying. Add the balls to fry untill it’s golden brown and then remove it. Repeat this step with as many balls you want to make.
