- VEGGIES: then add the Tomatoes, Potatoes as well as 1/2 cup of Water, 1 Tbsp Garam Masala and Salt. Cook until the the Potatoes are tender and the Tomatoes have disintegrated. Next add the Peas and cook until the liquid has evaporated. Serve with Flat bread or Rice..
