- In a bowl add boil rice and keep it aside.
- If your using boil rice than the method is different and if you're using your leftover Cook deal thn the procedure is little bit different.
- I used my leftover dal.in pan add leftover dal and let it dry completely.thn take it out in a bowl.
- In same pan add tbsp of oil add cumin seeds and let it crackle.
- Than add curry leaf turmeric ginger garlic paste green chillies and cook..
- Now add dried dal or if you have plain boil dal than add that but it must be noted that the dal should be totally dry.
- Cook it for few minutes..now add this mixture in rice add some free fresh coriander..
- Make balls out if it and fill the cheese in center.
- Dip in egg and coat with crumbs.
- Before frying let it settle for few hours in freezer.
- Deep fry it and enjoy.
