  6. Add seaweeds,For seaweed,i put in the tray at bake for fews mins to make good smell,but you can tear it and add in soup imediately.
  7. Simmer 20 to 30 more mins,before serving add cilantro and crispy garlic.

For my taste, I like to add a little more meat and sometimes I like to add tofu. Soft tofu soup with wakame and leek. Wakame seaweed is a very common ingredient found in Japanese soups, especially the famous miso soup. There are other soups featuring tofu on this website.
